The informational meeting for tenderers in the subject of the planned public tender for conducting seabed research
PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, together with its special purpose vehicle PGE Baltica, responsible for the construction of offshore wind farms in the Baltic Sea, invite all interested entities to take part in the informational meeting for potential contractors in the public proceedings for the seabed geotechnical research. The meeting will take place in the form of a teleconference on August 19 at 1 pm (CEST).
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss organizational matters related to the procedure of proceeding entitled "Performing a seabed geotechnical research for the benefit of Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica - 2 Sp. z o.o. and Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica - 3 Sp. z o.o.". The PGE Group Purchasing System rules will be explained at the teleconference. The meeting will take place via Skype (it will be also conducted in English) – link to the meeting is available here.
Technical requirements
In order to join the meeting guests need to:
• install Skype for Business (Microsoft Teams) communicator
or
• download and activate Skype for Business Web App for browsers (Microsoft Internet Explorer version 11 or Microsoft EDGE are required to run the plug-in correctly)
