PGE Baltica, a PGE Group company, has entered the stage of environmental surveys for the Baltica 1 project - an offshore wind farm located approx. 80 km from the Baltic coast.

On January 25, 2023, the Ministry of Infrastructure announced the results of the procedure regarding the location permit for the offshore wind farms for the area 60.E.3 located on the Central Bank of the Baltic Sea. The most points in the procedure were awarded to Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica 1, a subsidiary of PGE Baltica of the PGE Group.
As a result of the qualification procedure, the Supervisory Board of PGE Baltica sp. z o.o. appointed to the Management Board as of 11 January 2023:
Arkadiusz Sekściński – as the President of the Management Board,
Dariusz Lociński - as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development.
