Legal advisor with extensive experience in the energy sector, specializing in corporate law, energy law, and the management of investment projects in the field of renewable energy. She has substantial expertise in handling international M&A and financial transactions, including negotiating and structuring agreements covering project financing and investment security.
She has held management positions in companies from the renewable energy, metallurgy, heavy industry, and corporate services sectors, where she was responsible, among other things, for securing project financing, conducting negotiations with foreign partners, and implementing energy transition strategies for one of Poland’s largest energy-intensive enterprises. In doing so, she gained unique experience in managing large-scale industrial and energy projects.
In April 2025, she joined PGE Baltica as Director of the Corporate Governance Department. In her daily work, she combines legal expertise with managerial practice and a strategic approach to offshore project development, making her a valuable contributor to the energy transition and the construction of offshore wind farms.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia with a degree in law, and completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Management and Finance in Energy. She completed her attorney apprenticeship at the District Bar Council in Katowice and passed the bar exam. She is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice
